Immerse yourself in the intrigue of Brazil at the 21st Annual Sonoma Harvest Wine Auction, Sonoma Samba, sponsored by TricorBraun WinePak.
The flagship event of Sonoma Wine Country Weekend, the Sonoma Harvest Wine Auction is Sonoma County’s largest and most fun fundraising event, bringing together the wine community and caring donors to raise essential funds that make our world-class wine region a better place by supporting our kids and our community.
Your ticket not only offers you passage into the Wine Spectator Auction Tent, but it also allows you to mingle with Sonoma's finest winemakers, as each table will be presided over by a local Winemaker or Grower who will share not only their finest wines, but great stories, too!
This event offers the bidder a selection of rare world-class experiences and wines under the tent, and an opportunity to join their neighbors in the wine community in supporting charities that will build a better future throughout Sonoma County. Your donations support deserving Sonoma County charities aiding efforts to support youth and children to ensure their success, preserve our environment for future generations, and provide for basic unmet health needs and services which improve the welfare of our local communities.
The Grand Lawn of Chateau St. Jean will be transformed into a Pan-Latin Celebration, as guests enjoy Sonoma County’s finest wine and chef creations as they raise needed dollars for Sonoma County charities.

As your afternoon of Brazilian inspiration and gracious giving winds down, retire in the Cigar Lounge for a refreshing respite from the auction's hustle and bustle.
ONLINE AUCTION
Starting on August 1, 2013, be sure to bid high and bid often at the Sonoma Wine Country Weekend Online Auction benefitting Sonoma non-profits. Even if you can't make it to the events, it's your chance to take home prized bottles from our winemakers cellars, one-of-a-kind etched bottles, and exclusive Sonoma trips and packages.
GIVING BACK
Sonoma Wine Country Weekend and the Sonoma Harvest Wine Auction is produced by the Sonoma County Vintners and the Sonoma Valley Vintners & Growers Foundation, and proceeds benefit local charities. Beneficiaries for the events are local charities that benefit students, children, farm workers and people in need. In 2012, Sonoma Wine Country Weekend gave $483,500 to local charities in Sonoma County.
AUCTION PARKING:
Event parking is located just down the street from Chateau St. Jean at 7425 LOS GUILICOS RD, SANTA ROSA, CA. Shuttles will be avaialble to bring you to the event and shuttles will be available to transport you back to the parking lot at any time throughout the duration of the auction.
NEED A RIDE?
Pure Luxury Transportatoin will be offerring shuttle service to and from the Sonoma Harvest Wine Auction for guests.
PLEASE NOTE all shuttles will be on a time sensitive schedule and will depart on time. The shuttle will not wait for late guests wanting to board to the bus.
Fare is $30 per person, roundtrip from the following hotels in Healdsburg and Santa Rosa, CA.

Departure time: 12:15 pm – SHARP The shuttle will be waiting in front of the hotel
Hilton Sonoma Wine Country 3555 Round Barn Boulevard, Santa Rosa, CA 95403
Departure time: 12:30 pm – SHARP The shuttle will be waiting in front of the hotel
If you miss the shuttle departure there will be NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS so please be on time for the departure to The Sonoma Valley Harvest Wine Auction
At the end of the day, shuttles will begin to depart at 7:00 p.m. and will arrive back to the Hotel locations at approximately 7:45 p.m.
